Nagare was founded by Franky De Cauter.  Working initially in a generalistic headhunting and recruitment context with clients in Consumer Markets, Finance, Property Development, ICT & Telecom, Franky specialized in the life sciences industry building a vast network in pharma, medical devices, diagnostics and red biotech.

Franky has over fifteen years of experience as a senior recruitment consultant at agencies. He is known in the industry as a highly efficient and perseverant recruiter with an intrapreneurial/entrepreneurial attitude.  He is highly client and candidate oriented, service & quality driven and always striving for professional excellence.  He holds a Master's Degree in Germanic Languages and is fluent in Dutch, English and French.
